We are glad to share with you, the new MSSC Code of Good Conduct Poster. Developed on the basis of typical company codes of conduct and validated by subject matter experts from 60 companies, such as Honda SC, IBM, GE Appliances, Cummins, Caterpillar, Johnson Controls, Pratt & Whitney, Easter Lift Truck, Mars Chocolate, Kawasaki Motors, BASF, and Goodyear Tire and Rubber, this MSSC Code of Good Conduct represents needs identified by today's manufacturing and logistics employers.
Combined with the other employability skills addressed in the CPT Safety Module, such as teamwork, communication and problem solving, the Code emphasizes key elements of being a successful employee. While the ideas of arriving on time and being attentive on the job may appear straightforward, they are among the most commonly reported problems for new hires.
