ONLINE & HANDS-ON SUPPLY CHAIN TRAINING
MSSC® delivers its Certified Technician-Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA) online and hands-on training courses through well-established training organizations. These courses are designed to align with MSSC Standards and to help individuals enhance their foundational, core technical knowledge and skills for supply chain automation careers from entry-level to front-line supervisory level.
The purpose of the MSSC Certified Technician-Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA)™ program is to prepare technicians who install, operate, support, upgrade, and maintain the automated material handling equipment and systems which support the supply chain.
These 200 hour courses are each built upon MSSC’s e-learning which includes modular courses for:
- Equipment Maintenance
- Equipment Repair
- Network Repair
MSSC has partnered with Amatrol, an independent training provider, to develop online interactive learning units for the CT-SCA training program along with the hands-on assessment and training component on the Amatol Skill Boss Logistics device.
The Skill Boss Logistics hands-on training and assessment device is compact and transportable, can fit easily into any training environment, is cost effective, and shows students a variety of situations students will come across during their career. Skill Boss-Logistics draws upon 100 skills from MSSC’s list of industry-defined and nationally validated CT-SCA Standards. CT-SCA certificants must use this device for the hands-on training and assessments needed to secure any MSSC CT-SCA Certification.
